Upgrade Print Tower

Improve the print quality and print register of the in-line Flexo printing unit.

We propose to exchange your print tower with a complete overhauled and preassembled print tower from Technomatic.

Installed with following devices:

• Drive belts for an accurate print position instead of drive gears.
• Pre-installed Mitsubishi servo-motor for a constant web tension instead of PIV

The dismantling and reinstallation schedule of the print tower will be agreed with the customer.

The installation can then be planned in agreement with the customer.

To avoid production interuption, if possible, the installation can be done over the weekend.
